Shero wat (dry peas bowl)
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg Dry green peas.
- 3 lg Onions
- 1/2 c Oil
- 1 ea Head garlic
- 1/2 ts Ground ginger
- 1/2 ts Black pepper
- 1 ts Salt
- 3-4 cups water.
- 1 ea The peas in tap water for -20 minutes.
- 2 ea The onions and cut into -small cubes. Peal and mash -the garlic.
- 3 ea The oil in a pan and saute
Instructions:
-the onion and garlic until -golden. Add the ginger pepper and salt and 2 cups water. Stir well cover and bring to boil. 4-When the water boil add the peas and the rest of the water and cook 40 minutes on a medium-low flame. Serve hot Gad S.
