Newfoundland dumplings

Ingredients:
- 1 c Flour
- 2 ts Baking powder
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Milk
Instructions:
Blend together the flour baking powder and salt.Stir in 1/2 cup of milk.Drop by large spoonful over hot stew or soup.Cover and simmer 15 minutes.Serve with the stew or soup.
