Maple walnut wheat bread
Yield: 1 Loaf
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c Bread flour
- 1/4 c Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 tb Butter/margarine
- 1 1/2 tb 100% pure maple syrup
- 1/4 c Buttermilk
- 1/2 c Plus 1T water
- 1/3 c Chopped walnuts Automatic Bread Program: Press Select for Normal. Press START. When machine BEEPS 10 times

Instructions:
minutes before the end of the second kneading add 1/3 c chopped walnuts. Bread will be ready in 3 hrs. After baking press STOP/RESET. Remove bread from machine. Cool.
