Marlin (or shark) espanole
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 6 Marlin steaks; or shark
- 1 tb Oil
- 1 md Onion; chopped
- 1 lg Green pepper; coarse chop
- 8 oz Tomato sauce
- 1 tb Worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 ts Salt; (to taste)
- 1/2 ts Pepper
Instructions:
Place fish in glass baking dish Heat oil in skillet; add onion and green pepper: saute 2-3 minutes Add remaining ingredients and pour sauce over steaks Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork
