The easiest chili
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb Ground meat lean
- 3 Green pepper strips cut up
- 1 28 oz. can pork and beans
- 1/2 To 1 cup ketchup
- 1 ts Sweet paprika
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Stalk celery cut up
- 1 28 oz. can kidney beans
- 1 ts Chili powder
- 1 ts Season salt
- 3 tb White vinegar
Instructions:
Brown meat celery onion and green pepper together in pan. Add remaining ingredients except vinegar. Simmer 15-20 minutes on medium heat. Remove from heat and add vinegar. Can be frozen.
