Macadamia nut pie

Yield: 12 Servings MM

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 c Macadamia nuts; chopped
• 3 tb Butter; melted
• 3 tb Sugar MMMMM--------------------------FILLING-------------------------------
• 1 Square semi-sweet choc
• 1 c Whipping cream; whipped
• 20 Large marshmallows

Instructions:

For Crust: Mix crust ingredients and press in 9 inch pie plate. Thoroughly chill in refrigerator before making filling. For Filling: Melt one square semi-sweet choc. in milk in double boiler. Add marshmallows. When these are completely melted add whipped cream. Stir and pour into throughly chilled pie crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
