Rice pudding/1h29
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 qt Milk
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 ts Vanilla
- 1/4 ts Cinnamon
- 3/4 c Sugar
- 1 ea Egg-well beaten
- 2 tb Butter; melted
Instructions:
Place the milk salt & rice in a saucepan. Bring to a slow boil & cook uncovered over low heat for 20 mins. Season w/ nutmeg vanilla cinnamon & sugar. Add the egg & butter & mix well. Pour into a baking dish and brown lightly under the broiler watching carefully for one minute. Allow to cool and chill thoroughly before serving.
