Roast quartered chicken
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Roasting chicken quartered
- 1 Large diced onion
Instructions:
Garlic minced Salt pepper paprika Season each quarter well and place in roasting pan over diced onions and garlic. Add about 1/2 cup of water and cover. Roast at 350 F. until almost tender. Remove cover lower heat to 325 F. and bake uncovered turning once until each piece is golden brown.
