Southern blintze souffle
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 12 Frozen cheese blintzes>>>> Defrosted.
- 1/4 lb Butter
- 4 Eggs well beaten
- 1 1/2 c Sour cream
- 1/4 c Sugar
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 ts Vanilla extract or flavor
Instructions:
Melt butter in 2-qt. casserole; place blintzes in casserole in 1 layer. Blend other ingredients with well-beaten eggs and pour over blintzes. Bake 45 Min. in 350 F. oven until top starts to brown. Serve with fruit topping or sour cream.
