Shrimp stew

Ingredients:
- 1 c Flour
- 1 lb Shrimp shelled cleaned
- 3 c Hot water Salt to taste Tabasco sauce to taste
- 1 c Cooking oil
- 1 c Onion chopped
- 1/2 c Bell pepper chopped fine
- 1/2 c Green onion & tops chopped
- 1 ts Garlic powder OR>>>
- 1 Clove garlic
Instructions:
