Smothered cabbage rue chartres
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Small onion chopped
- 1/4 lb Salami OR hot sausage
- 1 Head cabbage coarse chop
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 1 tb Pareve margarine
Instructions:
Saute' onion and meat in margarine. Add cabbage (with water still clinging to leaves from washing) salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for abt. 2 hrs.
