Shrimp au gratin~ ii
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c Shrimp
- 1 c Thin white sauce
- 1/2 c Buttered bread crumbs
- 2/3 c American cheese grated
- 1 tb Parsley
Instructions:
finely chopped Alternate layers of cleaned cooked shrimp white sauce and 1/2 cup of the cheese in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with parsley and remaining cheese. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top.
