Shrimp crab rolls
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3/4 c Chopped raw shrimp
- 3/4 c Crabmeat cooked
- 1 Egg
- 2 sl Dry bread ds Cayenne pepper or to taste
- 1/4 c Celery chopped
- 1/4 c Onion chopped
- 1/4 c Bell pepper chopped
- 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Salt & Pepper to taste Mix all ingredients together. Pick up small handful and squeeze into 2 1/2" roll. Mix about 1 cup corn meal with 1/2 cup pancake mix. Coat shrimp patty in corn meal and fry in deep fat. Courtesy Telephone Pioneers BillSpalding *P CRBR 38 A
