Shrimp remoulade i
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 6 tb Olive oil
- 1 tb Paprika
- 4 Green onions chopped
- 4 tb Creole style mustard
- 2 tb Vinegar
- 1/2 ts White pepper
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 Ribs celery chopped fine Chopped parsley to taste
- 1/4 Hd. lettuce shredded
- 2 lb Shrimp boiled cleaned cold
- 2 Hard cooked eggs
Instructions:
chopped>>> Keep white & yolk separate. Combine all ingreds. except lettuce eggs and shrimp. Chill. Place shrimp on plate of shredded lettuce. Pour remoulade over shrimp and garnish with eggs.
