Sherbat (lemon drink cooler)
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 c Ice crushed
- 4 c Water
- 2 ea Lemons
- 2 tb Rose water
Instructions:
Squeeze juice from the 2 lemons and reserve juice. In a saucepan combine sugar crushed ice 4 cups water lemon juice and rose water. When sugar is completely dissolved strain and serve the Sherbat in frosty glasses.
