Sausage jambalaya ii
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Smoked sausage cut 1/2" pcs
- 1/2 c Chopped green onion
- 1 c Tomatoes ( 28 oz.)
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1 1/2 c Water
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Med. bell pepper chopped
- 5 Cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 c Raw white rice
Instructions:
Cook sausage in skillet until browned remove from skillet and discard drippings. Combine beef green pepper onion and garlic. Cook until beef is browned. Add tomatoes salt pepper and sausage.
