Rosbif juteaux

Ingredients:
- 1 6 lb. brisket trimmed
- 1 pk Kosher onion soup mix 3/4oz.
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 1/2 c Water
- 1 ts Salt
Instructions:
Garlic salt too taste Place brisket fat side up in lge. baking or roasting pan. Bake for 10 min. at 400 F.; then reduce heat to 350 F. Sprinkle meat with soup mix garlic and seasonings and bake 15 min. Add water cover pan and reduce temp. to 325 F. Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. or until meat can be pierced easily with a fork. Thicken drippings with a little flour and serve with brisket.
