Royal street jambalaya
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1 lb. jar gefilte fish
- 2 c Cooked rice
- 2 tb Butter or pareve margarine
- 1/4 c Bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 c Onion chopped
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
- 1/4 ts Thyme
- 1 cn Condensed tomato soup>>> Undiluted.
- 1 c Milk
Instructions:
Paprika Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender but not brown. Add salt pepper thyme soup and milk. Mis with rice Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Drain gefilte fish and arrange on top; press into rice mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 F. oven for 30 min.
