Manhattan turkey a la king
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Noodles -- wide
- 1 tb Vegetable oil
- 1 lb Turkey or chicken boneless Cut into strips Salt and pepper
- 14 1/2 oz Pasta style chunky tomatoes
- 1 cn Cream of celery soup
- 1 Onion -- chopped
- 2 Celery stalks -- sliced
- 1 c Mushrooms -- sliced
Instructions:
Cook noodles according to pkg. directions; drain and reserve. In large skillet over med. high heat heat oil. Add turkey and cook 5 minutes or until browned stirring often. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 5 minutes. Uncover; cook 5 min. longer or til thickened stirring occasionally.
