Jambalaya salad
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3/4 c Salad dressing
- 1/2 c Green pepper chopped
- 1 ts Thyme
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 2 c Rice cooked
- 6 oz Shrimp tiny cooked
- 6 Bacon slices crumbled
- 1/2 c Celery sliced
- 1/4 c Onion chopped
- 1/4 ts Pepper red ground
- 1 Garlic clove minced
- 1/2 c Ham cubed
- 1 c Tomato
Instructions:
chopped Combine first eight ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except bacon. Chill and add bacon just before serving.
