Crabby mushrooms
Yield: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 c Crab meat 2 tb Parsley minced
- 1 tb Bread crumbs 12 ea Mushroom stems chopped fine
- 1 tb Onions minced 12 ea Mushroom caps
- 1 tb Parmesan cheese grated 1 ea Egg beaten
- 1 ts Salt 1 x Louisiana hot sauce
Instructions:
to tast In a bowl mix crab meat bread crumbs onion s cheese salt parsley and chopped mushroom stems. Add beaten egg and hot sauce to taste. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps. Bake at 300 degrees until tender 15 to 30 minutes. Serve it hot.
