Chili i
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tb Chili powder
- 2 cn Tomato sauce (8 oz.)
- 1 Rib celery chopped
- 2 tb Flour Salt pepper garlic to taste
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 lg Onion chopped
- 2 c Water
- 2 tb Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Brown meat onion and celery. Add water tomato sauce Worcestershire sauce chili powder garlic salt and pepper. Cook abt. 30 min. over med. heat. Mix flour with a little water and add to chili. Cook until thickened.
