Cajun boudin sausage
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Ground beef
- 2 lb Ground pork
- 4 c Cooked rice
- 4 lg Onions minced
- 10 Cloves garlic minced (10 to -25)
- 6 sm Hot Chile Peppers (Serrano -Etc) minced
- 2 Stalks celery minced
- 1 lg Sweet red pepper minced
- 1 lg Sweet green pepper minced
- 2 md Leeks minced
- 6 Green onions minced
- 1 c Minced parsley
- 1/3 c Minced cilantro
- 1 ts Red pepper flakes
- 1 ts Black pepper
- 2 tb Sugar
- 1/4 ts Thyme
- 1/4 ts Sage
- 1/4 ts Rosemary
- 1/4 ts Savory
Instructions:
