Brandied louisiana yams
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 tb Margarine pareve
- 1/2 c Brown sugar packed
- 1 ts Orange peel grated
- 1/2 c Brandy
- 8 Med.yams
Instructions:
cooked peel slice>> OR 2 1 lb.canned yams drained>> Sliced. Melt margarine in large skillet. Add sugar and stir over low heat until melted. Add yams orange peel and brandy and cook over low heat 15 min. basting yams frequently.
