Barbecued pork chops
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Water
- 1/4 c Vinegar
- 2 tb Dry mustard
- 3 tb Brown sugar
- 4 tb Chili sauce
- 8 ea Pork chops
Instructions:
Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour over seasoned chops in glass baking dish cover and bake at 400 F degrees for 1-1/2 hours uncovering last 30 minutes. Water may be added to make gravy. Delicious with ribs also. From "Talk About Good" contributed by Susan Chandler Castille
