Yogurt cheese & spinach dip

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c yogurt cheese
- 1 1/2 c lowfat sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic -- pressed
- 3 shallots -- minced
- 3 scallions green part only -- : minced
- 2 sm carrots -- grated
- 8 oz cn water chestnuts-drained : and diced
- 10 oz pk frozen chopped spinach
Instructions:
: thawed -- : squeezed dry : Kosher salt and freshly : ground black peppe -- : to taste : Cayenne pepper or Tabasco -- : to taste Whisk together the yogurt-cheese and low-fat sour cream.
