Tangy blue cheese dip
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Blue Cheese Crumbled
- 1 1/2 c Sour Cream
- 1 ts Garlic Minced
- 2 ts Dried Chives Crumbled *
- 1/8 ts Hot Sauce
- 2 tb Fresh Chives
Instructions:
Finely Chopped * Use the dried chives if the fresh is not available otherwise omit. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Blend the blue cheese and sour cream thoroughly. Add all the other ingredients blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 2 cups of dip.
