Tangy miracle whip slices
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients:
- 1 Pita bread; 2 sl Tomato
- 1 tb Miracle whip salad dressing; 2 sl Cucumber; -with 2 sl Red onion;
- 1 ts Horseradish; 3 sl Swiss cheese Spread halved pita bread with 1 tbsp miracle whip salad dressing mixed with
- 1/2 tsp horseradish. Fill with 2 slices of each: tomato
Instructions:
cucumber and red onion. top with 3 slices swiss cheese. ( I made this for a diabetic because it would be a good lunch of work or school. By putting the vegetables in a container it would work.
