Tipsy cheese spread
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Sharp cheddar cheese; shredd
- 2 Cl Garlic; crushed
- 1/2 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 2 ts Dijon mustard
- 1/2 c Beer
Instructions:
Beat cheese (at room temperature) until creamy. Add garlic Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Gradually add beer.
