Swiss cheese sauce
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 tb Margarine or. butter
- 3 tb Gold Medal all-purpose -flour
- 1/4 ts Salt -Dash of pepper -Dash of ground nutmeg
- 1 L/2 Cups milk
- 1/3 c Dry white wine
- 1/2 c Shredded Swiss cheese 6
Instructions:
-ounces) Heat margarine in I l/2-quart saucepan until melted. Stir in flour salt pepper and nutmeg until blended. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk and wine. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Boil and stir I minute; remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted.
