Swiss vegetable medley (bernie roberts)
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 16 oz Frozen veg combo
- 1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 ts Pepper
- 4 oz Diced pimento
- 1 c Shredded swiss cheese
- 1 cn Durkee fried onions
- 1/3 c Sour cream Thaw and drain frozen vegetables. In lg. bowl combine vegetables soup
- 1/2 C cheese
Instructions:
sour cream pepper pimento and 1/2 can fried onions. Pour into shallow 1 qt. casserole and bake covered 30 min. at 350Deg. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across top; bake uncovered 5 min. or until golden.
