Tangy blue cheese dip
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Blue Cheese; Crumbled
- 1 1/2 c Sour Cream
- 1 ts Garlic; Minced
- 2 tb Fresh Chives; Finely Chopped
- 2 ts Dried Chives; Crumbled *
- 1/8 ts Hot Sauce
Instructions:
* Use the dried chives if the fresh is not available otherwise omit. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++ Blend the blue cheese and sour cream thoroughly. Add all the other ingredients blending well. Cover and chill. Makes about 2 cups of dip.
