Spicy rice
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 225 G
- 8 oz long grain brown Rice
- 5 ml 1 tsp ground turmeric.
- 1 Stick cinnamon.
- 1 Bay leaf.
- 4 Green cardamum pods.
- 6 Black pepper corns.
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan with enough water and bring to the boil. Cook for 35 minutes or until the rice is tender.
