Shrimp-cheese strata
Yield: 3 Cups
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1/4 c Dairy sour cream
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 2 ts Curry powder
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 4 1/4 oz Tiny shrimp rinsed and -drained
- 1 Hard-cooked egg chopped
- 3 tb Finely chopped green onions
Instructions:
-(with tops) Flatbread Mix cream cheese sour cream lemon juice curry powder and salt. Spread about 1/4 inch thick on 8-inch plate. Top with shrimp and egg; sprinkle with green onions. Serve with flatbread. 3 cups spread; 25 calories per tb. Source: Betty Crocker's Cookbook 6th Edition
