Salsa from my mom
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 4 md Tomatoes; peeled and chopped
- 1/2 c Onion; finely chopped
- 1/2 c Celery; finely chopped
- 1/4 c Bell pepper; finely chopped
- 1/4 c Oil
- 2 tb Green chiles; finely chopped
- 2 tb Red wine vinegar
- 1 ts Mustard seed
- 1 ts Cilantro seed; crushed Or Fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 ts Salt
