Roquefort dressing
Yield: 1 Cups
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Roquefort cheese; crumbled
- 1 tb Onion; minced
- 1 sm Garlic clove; minced
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c Sour cream
- 1 tb Vinegar
- 1 tb Lemon juice
Instructions:
ds Pepper Combine cheese onion and garlic in a small mixing bowl; mix on low speed of electric mixer 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; beat mixture 2 mintues or until smooth. Chill. Yield: 1-1/2 cups Source: Southern Living Magazine sometime in 1980. Typed for you by Nancy Coleman.
