Rice~ corn & cheese casserole
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 c Cooked Rice -- Brown or White
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Chili Powder
- 2 c Corn Kernels
- 1/2 ts Black Pepper -- Ground
- 1 sm Onion -- Chopped Fine Paprika
- 2 c Sharp Cheddar -- Grated
- 1 1/2 c Whole Milk
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients except the paprika in a large mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly. Pour into a well greased (2 quart) casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Serve hot Recipe By : Joel Ehrlich
