Raisin cream cheese spread
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese; Room Temp.
- 1/3 c Raisins or Currants
- 1/2 ts Ginger
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 2 tb Chutney; Chopped
- 4 tb Sherry; Medium Dry
Instructions:
Beat the cream cheese until smooth then work in the raisins or currants ginger salt and chutney. Add the sherry a T at a time until the mixture is of spreading consistency.
