Pasta with garlic & eggs
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Dry pasta
- 1/2 c Olive oil
- 2 tb Parmesan cheese
- 2 Eggs beaten
- 4 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Salt and pepper
Instructions:
taste Cook pasta. Heat the oil in small frying pan add garlic. Saute for just a moment. Drain pasta toss all ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste.
