Party nibbles: smoked salmon pt
Yield: 2 Cups
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Smoked salmon
- 1/2 c Light cream cheese
- 2 tb Light mayonnaise
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1/4 c Green onions chopped
- 1 tb Fresh dill chopped
- 1/4 ts Pepper
Instructions:
In food processor pure salmon cream cheese mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth. Mix in onions dill and pepper. [Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 2 days.] Smoked trout may be substituted for the salmon. Serve with pumpernickel bread or crackers or on cucumber slices.
