No-egg cocoa snack cake
Yield: 1 Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c Flour
- 1 c Water
- 1 c Sugar
- 1/2 c Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c Unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tb White vinegar
- 1 ts Baking soda
- 2 ts Vanilla
- 1/2 ts Salt
Instructions:
Mix flour sugar cocoa baking soda and salt in an 8 or 9 inch square microwave baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl and stir into flour mixture. Microwave on High 6-7 minutes (until the cake tests done) rotating 1/4 turn twice. Cool for 10 minutes then place on wire rack.
