Mrs. letourneau's broccoli casserole
Yield: 8 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 10 oz pk frozen chopped -broccoli
- 2 c Cooked rice
- 2 c Shredded cheddar cheese -- Sharp
- 4 Eggs -- slightly beaten
- 4 tb Margarine
- 1 c Milk
- 4 tb Onion -- chopped
- 2 ts Salt
Instructions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Combine remaining ingredients and cook over moderate heat until slightly thickened. Place broccoli in greased shallow 1 quart casserole. Pour sauce over broccoli. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until set. Recipe By :
