No crust potato quiche
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs -- beaten
- 1 c cheddar cheese -- shredded
- 3/4 c cottage cheese -- small : curd
- 12 oz package frozen hash brown : potatoes -- unthawed
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1/4 ts black pepper -- freshly : ground
- 1 ds tobasco sauce
- 1 ds paprika
- 6 TB bacon -- crumbled Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine everything except bacon & paprika. Pour into greased 9" pie plate. Sprinkle with paprika Bake at 350-degree oven
- 25 minutes or until set. Remove from oven
Instructions:
