Mr. food's turkey roll-ups
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 8 oz Cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 c Water
- 1/3 c Butter melted
- 1/2 c Sweetened dried cranberries
- 8 3/4 oz Whole kernel corn drained
- 12 Thick slices deli turkey - breast (about 2 pounds)
- 12 oz Turkey gravy
Instructions:

In a medium-sized bowl combine the stuffing mix water butter cranberries and corn; mix well. Place 1/4 cup of the stuffing mixture at the smaller end of each slice of turkey and roll up crepe-style.
