- 250 g Solomon gundy; drained
- 1 sm Onion; chopped or sliced
- 1 c Miracle whip light
- 1/2 Canteloupe (optl)

Mix and refrigerate for at least four hours. Gives this appetizer a real twist by adding cubes of canteloupe
