Meuniere sauce 2
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Melted butter
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1/4 ts Salt
Instructions:
-Dash of pepper Saute seafood in butter. DO NOT OVERCOOK. For example shrimp are done when they change color to pink about 2 to 4 minutes. Remove the seafood. Brown the butter add lemon juice and seasonings to it; pour over seafood.
