Meatloaf - vicki
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lb Ground beef
- 1/2 c Onion; chopped
- 1/2 c Italian bread crumbs
- 2 Eggs; beaten
- 1/4 c Ketchup
- 1/4 c Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tb Parsley flakes Salt and black pepper; to ta
- 1 Lipton onion soup mix; unpre
Instructions:
Recipe by: Vicki Schlining -- Ellicott City Maryland Preparation Time: 0:30 Mix together the ground beef onion bread crumbs beaten eggs ketchup Worcestershire sauce soup mix and seasonings. Press mixture into a 9x5" lo pan or 9" pie plate. Cover tightly with tin foil and bake at 350 F for abo an hour uncovering during the last 20 minutes of baking time. Let meat loa stand for 10 minutes before serving.
