Meat 'n cheddar loaf
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
- 3/4 c Quaker Oats uncooked -- (quick or old-fashioned)
- 1/2 c Grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c Chopped onion
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Dry mustard
- 1 Egg; beaten
- 3/4 c Milk Combine all ingredients throughly. Pack firmly into an 8-1/2" x
- 4-1/2" x 2-1/2" loaf pan. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350 F.)
Instructions:
