Lunchbox: cheesy micro-melt hot pepper ham sa
Yield: 1 Servings
Ingredients:
- 2 Thick slices sourdough bread - or italian bread toasted
- 2 tb Hot pepper jelly
- 4 sl Cheddar cheese thin
- 2 oz Shaved Black Forest ham
Instructions:
Pack in a container with crunchy coleslaw. Carry the paper towel-wrapped sandwich in separate air-tight container. Spread 1 side of each toast slice with jelly. Lay cheese on top of each. Top 1 of the slices with ham; invert remaining slice over top. Wrap in paper towel; microwave at High for about 1 minute or until cheese has melted.
