Linguine with garlic-and-red pepper oil
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients:
- 3 tb Olive oil
- 1/2 ts Crushed red pepper
- 4 lg Garlic cloves -- minced
- 6 c Hot cooked linguine (1 pound uncooked pasta)
- 1/2 c Chopped fresh parsley
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add red pepper and cook 2 minutes. Add garlic; saute 30 seconds or until garlic is lightly browned.
